1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Verdant Yields Partners website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Provision of Services

We provide specialized agronomic consulting. Our recommendations, including the Mycorrhizal Inoculation Protocol v3, are based on localized data and organic agricultural standards. However, agricultural outcomes are subject to environmental variables beyond our control.

3. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
